G. K. Matheou
Site for a family-run Cyprus construction company, with a custom plugin that links its buildings and apartments and tracks which units are available or sold.

About the project.
Overview
G. K. Matheou is a family-run construction company in Larnaca, building since 1993. Most of their work is residential, apartment blocks around the city, alongside land development, renovations, and commercial work. The site presents their developments and flags which units in each are still available.
What stood out
I built a plugin so the owner can manage their developments themselves, adding properties and keeping availability current as units sell. Each building is its own record, each apartment is its own, and every apartment is linked to the building it sits in. From the back office, the owner adds a building or an apartment, connects the two, and sets each one's status, available, sold. When a unit sells, they mark it once, and it reads that way everywhere it appears.
